Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping fees to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination.

Shipping to Canada

Shipping Timeline

Most domestic orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. All other orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Return Policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your Arcade1Up purchase, you may return any unused, undamaged item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt (based on tracking data) for a full refund, minus any shipping charges paid at checkout.

When does the extended warranty begin if registered via the app?

All purchases come with a standard 90-day warranty. Registering your machine in the app adds an extra 90 days, for a total of 180 days from the date of purchase.

Note: Adding a machine to the app that was purchased over a year ago does not qualify for the extended warranty.
